Lucerne is a heritage listed property comprising four buildings within half an acre of gardens. The refurbished 'Coach House' is air conditioned and comprises a queen-size bedroom, sitting room (with mini home theatre system), bathroom and kitchenette.

The 'Rose Cottage' has similar facilities to the 'Coach House' and is also accessible by wheelchair, with bathroom facilities in Rose Cottage suitable for persons with limited mobility. 'Lucerne on Fernberg' is close to the Brisbane CBD and within easy walking distance of Suncorp Stadium, Milton Railway Station and the restaurants of Park Rd and Rosalie. We offer spacious, quality accommodation in an 1890's Queenslander situated in the inner west suburb of Milton. We are located within easy walking distance of the well know Rosalie restaurant district and the Park Road business district.
